Privacy policy
Effective November 6, 2026. Keepdesk is a service of In Perpetuity Holdings, LLC ("Keepdesk," "we," "us"), Plano, Texas. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it, for visitors to getkeepdesk.com and for the people who call or text a business that uses Keepdesk.
What we collect from visitors and prospects
If you request an audit or the demo number, we collect the name, business name, phone number, and email you give us, plus the date and what you asked for. If you call or text us, we keep the call log and the text thread. Our website does not use advertising cookies or sell visitor data.
What we collect when you call a Keepdesk client
When you call a business that uses Keepdesk, the call is answered by that business's AI assistant and is recorded and transcribed. We collect the caller ID, the recording, the transcript, and the details you give the assistant (name, callback number, address, what you need). This information is delivered to the business you called so it can serve you. The business you called is the owner of that information; Keepdesk processes it on the business's behalf. If you call a Keepdesk client and hang up before anyone answers, you may receive one text message back from that business's number.
Text messages and mobile information
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, text message content, or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the service you or the business you called requested. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for providers that help us deliver messages (for example, telecommunications carriers and our messaging platform), and only to the extent needed to deliver them. How we use information
- To answer calls, book appointments, take messages, and deliver summaries, transcripts, and recordings to the business you called
- To respond to your audit or demo request and to set up and support your Keepdesk account
- To bill clients (card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
- To review call quality and improve the assistant's answers for the business it serves
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that run the service: our telephony provider (Twilio), our voice AI platform (Retell AI and its speech and language model providers), our email and calendar providers, and Stripe for payments. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. We share information with law enforcement only when legally required. We never sell personal information.
Retention
Call recordings and transcripts are kept for 12 months for the business you called, then deleted, unless that business asks for a shorter period. Prospect requests are kept for 24 months. A client can ask us to delete their callers' data at any time, and we honor deletion requests from callers by routing them to the business that owns the data and deleting our copy.
Your choices
Ask the business you called, or email vince@keepdesk.net, to access, correct, or delete your information. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from that number. Texas and other state privacy laws may give you additional rights; we honor verified requests under them.
Children
Keepdesk is a business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
